A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of the driver and charges to the passenger as well after drugs and a stun gun were found in the vehicle. Evidence that linked the driver to an address on Eight Lots Road, which was already under surveillance for possible drug activity, resulted in three arrests at that address as well, for drug possession and firearms charges.
