On the surface they seem to be profoundly different, but peter, as soon as you drill deeper as i did in my book on trump and churchill, you find the men have remarkable similarities. Both intensely disliked, even hated. Both loved their country. Both plain speakers and clear thinkers. Both alpha males. Both had an acrimonious relationship with the media. Both endured massive battles with the establishment in their own political party. Both had predecessors that were considered very weak. Of course, Winston Churchill had Neville Chamberlin and donald trump had barack obama. So there are actually incredible parallels between the times and the men and thats why i wrote the book. When we look back at Winston Churchill in history, we always picked him as beloved and with unanimous support. It certainly wasnt tha
