SCOTRAIL has reduced the number of trains across the Fife Circle as it revises the critical service being provided during the coronavirus pandemic. As of Monday, the timetable will reflect the current demand from customers as ongoing lockdown restrictions reduces the number of people travelling. This is the second change from the operator in recent weeks, after the number of carriages on services was reduced earlier in January, with customer numbers down by almost 90 per cent compared to the same time last year.
