WHOâS ROBERT NGWENYA, ZINHLEâS HUSBAND? By Andiswa Ngenyane Robert Ngwenya . Robert Ngwenya is a name that’s on everybody’s lips after the arrest of his wife, Zinhle Mabena. Zinhle, who stars on Mzansi Magic’s Isibaya, was arrested on Tuesday, 16 February after being arrested for the attempted murder and supposed death of his bodyguard. Zinhle and Robert got married in 2017, after apparently dating for a few months. He’s a qualified landscape designer who founded 20 Elevation Construction & Landscaping. He’s also the founder of security firm TSM and founding shareholder in Nomacala Holdings. He’s an ANC leader in Ward 5 in the Madibeng Sub Region in North West. He was also appointed North West provincial chairman of the Villages, Townships and Small Dorpies Chamber of Commerce in 2016 and still holds that position.

Case of actress accused of conspiring to murder husband thrown out of court By Staff Reporter Share The case against Isibaya actress Zinhle Mabena, for allegedly conspiring to murder her estranged husband, Mugabe Ngwenya, has been dismissed. She was arrested on Tuesday and appeared in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, where the case against her was dropped due to lack of evidence. In a media statement, her attorney, Joshua Larazus of Shapiro&Ledwaba Incorporated, said her arrest was unlawful. “I act on behalf of Zinhle and confirm that she was unlawfully taken into custody … but is now a free woman after the NPA (National Prosecuting Authority) declined to place the matter on the roll, because of the preposterous nature of the allegations against our client,” Lazarus said.

Image: Sihle Ndaba/ Instagram Actress Sihle Ndaba has come out in support of Isibaya actress Zinhle Mabena, who was allegedly “wrongfully arrested” on February 16 in connection with an attempted murder case against her husband, Robert Ngwenya, and a murder involving the death of his bodyguard. The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) on Wednesday confirmed that the Isibaya actress was a free woman after it decided not to place the attempted murder and murder case against her on the roll.
