SYRACUSE — A former doctor charged with killing his wife in their Syracuse-area home was sentenced for the second time on Monday to 20 years to life in state prison.
Former Dr. Robert Neulander was sentenced today. Judge Thomas Miller sentenced Neulander to 20 years to life behind bars for killing his wife Leslie Neulander. Leslie was found dead inside their Dewitt Mansion back in 2012.
