Something doesnt look right to me. Number two and number 47. That is 45 number differential so it doesnt take an accountant to figure out what is going on, and also my income stop Salary Increase stop in 2007. I am bringing home the same wage i was bringing home 2007 because after the first two and a half years as a new hire you lose the 5 step increase and we really relied on the 2 every six months january and july. We lost that and we are paying 10 on the retirement plus house and 5 per person for dental so taken out from the paycheck enough and bringing in, and the City Employees contribute highly to the foreclosures in San Francisco. Why . Because we are losing income instead of bringing it up. I know many of the management is hired because we have six collectors in our office and three criticals and the new one collection manager assigned three clerks and the new hire collection supervisor hire six collection officers and we have prop f still works as a consultant and coming back

Members of the board i am Shirley Breyer black, and i cant believe im here talking about pay equity again when i was one of the original ones when Dianne Feinstein was mayor. We went through all of the statistics and this equity was the most fair thing to do for the people that are working, and i certainly hope that, and i am sure this board will look into all these things and not change our pay equity. Its very important and when i read in the newspapers now about other cities in this country being very proud that now they have discovered pay equity that weve had for a long time and theyre proud to use it and its ours and we have to work on it and make it even better.
