He was the husband of Sheila M. Mastriano, who died in May 2019 after a long illness.
Originally from Connecticut, he was born in New Haven, and was an accomplished baseball player.
He received his degree in electrical engineering at Northeastern University, which was where he met the woman who would become his wife.
Mr. Mastriano worked as an electrical engineer at the Kerite Company in Semore, Connecticut, before starting his own company, Calibration, Service & Repair, which he ran until he retired in 2019.
He moved to Cape Cod with his family in 1983, and soon became an involved member of the Falmouth community.
