Police say Steve Stephens posted a video manifesto to facebook yesterday saying he wanted to kill as many people as possible. Then the video shows the suspect getting out of the car and telling a man on the street hes about to die because of a woman. Then a handgun appears, theres a gunshot, and moments later, the victim is laying in the blood. The victim has been identified as Robert Godwin sr. , 74. He was fairly well known in the area.
