Pat Bianchi has played with jazz great likes Pat Martino and Joey DeFrancesco and realeased seven of his own records. The jazz organist will be in Fayetteville this weekend and talked with the host of Shades of Jazz, Robert Ginsburg, about his music.

Flowers won't be the only thing blooming in the garden when the annual Jazz in Bloom concert starts at 6 p.m. May 15 at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks. Making the music will be Like Minds Jazz Quintet and the Fayetteville Jazz Collective Octet.
This week Dave Liebman, an NEA Jazz Master, has been working with students at the University of Arkansas. Tomorrow night he'll perform at The Momentary with students, faculty and the U of A Jazz Orchestra.
