The former New Zealand businessman appeared via video link in Sydney on Thursday and remains on bail. NSW Courts confirmed to Newshub he would next appear on February 4. Sir Ron is known for founding RA Brierley Investments in March 1961, which would go on to become one of New Zealand s largest companies. At one point, it had 160,000 stakeholders.
