They come into my program, we treat them for three months and theyre right back on the streets and guess what, it recycles all over again back to general hospital, back to our program. Its a crazy vicious cycle that need to end. We got 1. 5, thats great. We need the other 1. 5. Were behind on what we need. Its imperative we get this.
