March 13th is the date that was set by new Jersey Transit rail workers as the deadline as they try and get a new contract. Union members are asking for increased rages. Also, Health Care Contributions are one of the Sticking Points. There was talk yesterday in washington, d. C. There are more as of now, there is no agreement in place.
