UPDATE: Names Released In Fatal Black Hawk County Crash Authorities have identified the victims in a Black Hawk County accident that left one person dead and two others injured. According to an Iowa State Patrol crash report, a New York City resident was killed Thursday afternoon when a car and sport utility vehicle collided at the intersection of County Roads C-57 (Cedar-Wapsi Road) and V-49 (N. Raymond Road), about three miles north of Dunkerton. The mishap occurred just before 12:30 PM. Authorities said 32-year-old Skylar Click was a passenger in a westbound car that failed to yield at a stop sign.
