Also in the collection, we have many of the books that belonged to the brownings. I only have one sample here. Belonged to robert rounding. Its a carrying case and it contains greek classics. He would carry these small books around with him on the train, when he went to visit. We jokingly call this robert roundings kindle. As he was traveling around, many times, he would put an annotation inside the book of where he read the item, what there are many times we pull these items out for students to see or visiting scholars to see. I also have a sample of a manuscript written by robert browning. This particular one has lines from a poem with a knife we like for people who come here to learn that the brownings were great victorian poets and to become more familiar with their work, to maybe go out and read their poetry when they leave. We always have exhibitions up giving insights into other people the brownings new, showing materials in their collection, so we just want people to come and t
