professor robert bib and attorney william snake. when we look, there s no question, no debate that the numbers are absolutely staggering. there was this cleanup effort, everything from booms to high-speed cleaning machines. here we are a year later, where has all that oil gone? explain to us the ramifications in terms of the due diligence by bp and its clean up? well, unfortunately, the oil s still there, it s just in smaller particles than it was a year ago. i mean, 200 million gallons of oil is incomprehensible, i think, to many of us. and the dispersants they put on that oil don t eliminate the oil, they just break it down. so it s still in the ecosystem and dolphins and turtles and birds continue to wash ashore dead. robert, there s this big push on capitol hill now. republicans are fired up once again, saying, we ve got to go
