If you ever doubt how small the arts world is, know that the Broadway casts of “Frozen,”“Hadestown,”“Dear Evan Hansen” and more are set to reunite for a series of streaming events only because Lee Lessack was on tour with a guitar player whose saxophone student happened to be playing on Robert Bannon s upcoming album.
The pair didn t know each other before being introduced via that chain of events and the mutual acquaintance of music director Tedd Firth, but it s led not only to a great friendship, but to their successful weekly live-stream chat show Quarantine, Cabaret, and Cocktails and the upcoming Broadway Cast Reunion Series.
