We have a situation like the Text Messages or officer involved shootings we have to deal with that swiftly. I know there is process, but it is important to explain to the public what that process is. The chief doesnt have the power to fire someone, the commission has that. How do we deal with that swifter than in the past because it isnt moving fast enough.
