SAN FRANCISCO, April 6, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Shorenstein Properties, LLC ( Shorenstein ), an owner and operator of high-quality office, residential and mixed-use properties across the U.S., today announced that it has executed a renewal of its existing lease for UBS Tower in Nashville, Tennessee with leading global wealth manager, UBS. Set to expire in 2034, the new lease at 315 Deaderick Street will include approximately 138,000 square feet in one of Nashville s premier office buildings.

Announcement comes as owner plans upgrades to modernist high-rise
Global investment bank and wealth management company UBS has renewed its lease at the downtown Nashville tower that bears its name.
Shorenstein Properties LLC, which owns the modernist high-rise, announced Tuesday the lease renewal and plans to upgrade the building. San Francisco-based Shorenstein acquired the 29-story building at
315 Deaderick St. in 2019 for $135 million, according to Metro records.
UBS’ lease was set to expire in 2034 and the release does not note an extension date. The company leases 138,000 square feet of the tower’s roughly 602,000 square feet.
Robby Davis, managing director of the Nashville office of Cushman & Wakefield, represented Shorenstein in the lease negotiations. Patrick Murphy, New York-based executive vice chairman of Cushman & Wakefield, represented UBS.
