Marlene E. Kreemer, a beloved woman known for her love of laughter and warm heart, passed away on February 3, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Born on May 28, 1936, in Minneapolis, MN, Marlene grew up in Golden Valley with her brothers Paul and Jim, close to their many LeBrun and Juetten aunts, uncles, and cousins. For a time they lived on a small farm, before Marlene’s father built a new family house on Rhode Island Ave. With friends, she’d sometimes catch a trolley car ride to elementary school. Her middle school was Oak Grove, and she graduated from Robbinsdale High in 1954.
