and i think you have to remember that. he said very strongly yesterday that he s innocent. so you ll have to talk to him about that. but we absolutely wish him well. did a very good job while he was at the white house. thank you very much, everybody. that was president trump just moments ago in the oval office for the first time commenting publicly about rob porter saying he wishes him well. he was surprised. it was a tough time for him, reminding the audience that rob porter has said he s innocent here. what struck me is the president didn t say anything about the women themselves. might have been a moment the president might have expressed some concern for those women, saying he s sorry about the experience they may have had. feels sorry for that. we didn t hear that. or if he didn t want to weigh in on the specifics of the two women domestic abuse broadly. he could have said that is something that cannot be tolerated. it s certainly fine to wish him well. this is a person
