Around the highs of the session, we are singing seeing bigger point swings returning to the markets over the past several weeks. The telecoms index is the best performing group, up by about 1 . Technology has also been gaining. When you look at the telecoms and the networking of equipment stocks, at t, verizon, cisco, all on the rise. A couple of events going on this week could be giving them a boost. First, you have the mobile World Congress going on in barcelona. Thats the meeting of various telecom and mobile phone companies. They have talked about the push for five g technology and how it could be beneficial. Media, the Morgan Stanley tech conference will be going on over the next four days or so.
