Britains most decorated olympian and Tour De France winner, sir Bradley Wiggins, has retired from cycling. In a statement this afternoon, he said he had been lucky enough to live a dream from a sport he fell in love with when he was 12. While the announcement ended a stunning career, which brought the briton multiple honours, wiggins has recently faced repeated questions about medical treatments he received when in training.
