Eight family members, including five children and an adult described as a “leader” in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, were found shot dead inside a home in Enoch City, Utah, on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, three adults and five children were found shot dead at home in Enoch, Utah. According to the local authorities, the shooting suspect was 42-year-old Michael Haight. Two other adults were identified as Haight's wife, Tausha Haight (40), and Tausha's mother, Gail Earl (78).
Enoch, Utah city manager Rob Dotson said police officers found eight people inside a home on Albert Drive, all with gunshot wounds, and talked about the impact the incident has on the community, which is made up of about 8,000 residents.
