New Fort Gratiot dog wash, boutique to offer dog nail polish and more

Port Huron Times Herald People will soon be able to get their dogs  nails painted, buy their fluffy friend perfume and locally made treats, and wash them at a new Fort Gratiot business.  Port Huron resident Paula Bennert said she and her husband hope to open the pet business Happy Tails Bath & Boutique this Saturday. “(It’s) a place you want to come get your dog bathed, maybe do some shopping,” she said, and “have a great shopping experience with your pet.” Located at 5985 Lakeshore Road, Happy Tails Bath & Boutique will offer full-service grooming and two self-wash dog stations. The boutique portion of the business will carry new and gently used items, locally made dog treats and toys, specialty homemade items like dog T-shirts with customized wording, and more.

So far, most people who’ve tried it have been very positive, saying it taste just like our regular Venture beer.”
