A report by the PRO-10 Regional Operations Division showed a sustained adoption of various crime prevention programs and approaches during the period to maintain the "peace and tranquility in the region." The campaign against illegal drugs also produced 211 operations, resulting in the arrest of 258 drug personalities and confiscation of some 1,540 grams of shabu and 17.7 grams of marijuana. Brig.
