The Andhra Pradesh CID has filed a Prisoner in Transit (PT) petition seeking custody of former CM Chandrababu Naidu in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road case, while he is already in judicial custody in another corruption case.
The TDP chief’s lawyers also filed a bail plea in the Andhra Pradesh High Court, while the CID’s petition in the ACB court seeking his five-day custody was posted to Wednesday.
