The Town of Pendleton announced that a boil water advisory was recently issued for parts of the area following a state stormwater and sidewalk project.
If enacted by the City Council, the ordinance would permit small-scale shelters for youth and families, transitional housing, and accessory shelters in buildings owned by civic organizations.
