WELLSVILLE Village council did a bit of year-end cleanup work on their books as members gathered via Zoom technology Tuesday night will all members present.
Members passed an updated appropriations ordinance for 2020, which showed the village appropriate $2,863,077 in all its funds. This reflects $431,360 in general fund money for the police department, $82,084in the mayor’s fund, $17,967 in the council fund, $82,506 in the fiscal officer’s fund, $18,896 in the income tax fund and $25,900 for other general government services.
Among the ordinances approved was the 2021 permanent appropriations of $2.3 million, including $417,970 for the police department’s 110 fund, which appeared to be the largest line item behind the $769,389 general fund.
