Three Rivers Mayor Tom Lowry announced fundraising efforts to create the scholarship program at the school district’s board of education meeting Monday, March 15. The scholarship program will be opened to all graduates of Three Rivers High School once the fundraising goal has been met, according to a press release from the promise Board of Directors.
