The Elk River City Council has approved a contract with The Bank of Elk River regarding the bank’s sponsorship of the Riverfront Concert Series for the next three years.
The Riverfront Concert Series continues Thursday, June 29, with The Whitesidewalls, known as the Upper Midwest’s premier doo-wop, rockabilly and rock and roll band. See more about the band at
