Lane County has been in the extreme risk category since Dec. 2, when Gov. Kate Brown s risk categories first became active. The extreme category only allows for outdoor, distanced dining and takeout no indoor dining. Brown announced this week that Lane County will be able to move into the high risk category, which does allow for indoor dining, effective Friday, Feb. 26.
The licensees of record for the bar and restaurant are James Butt, managing member, and Shawn Werner, who is a member of Route JGB Enterprises, LLC, according to OLCC.
In December, the licensee of Twisted River contacted OLCC to say they would be reopening for indoor dining against state rules, the release stated. OLCC advised against this.
