At the serena inn they were notified earlier this week on tuesday that at noon today right now, the city would be shutting off power and water. And in the past few minutes weve seen some police officers, fire trucks, even the citys chief building inspector arrive. Some unmarked units people with badges getting out. Self other people here told us theyre mainly concerned for th that a lot of them are here because they have nowhere else to live. They cant ford anything else.
