If you’re considering paying for a training program to learn how to invest in real estate or start an online business, be careful. These programs can cost a lot of money and some make false promises about helping people make money.
The Federal Trade Commission has sued a number of real estate investment training and online business coaching programs that don’t live up to what they’ve promised, while charging people thousands – or even tens of thousands – for their programs.

My sister likes Harry & David. Years ago our Aunt Jessie used to send us fruit boxes for gifts from the company, ironic since we lived on apple ranches.
We were talking about Christmas gifts and my sister mentioned she had a Harry & David catalog. I looked at the company’s website.
We both thought the lobster pot pie for $50 looked great. We were going to buy them for each other. However, I changed my mind since the lobster pie has a hint of cayenne. I’m allergic to pepper, so I thought that might be a problem.
