John Joseph Bear Jr. of Havre, 32, was arrested on two state District Court warrants, two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servants after an officer stopped to speak with a man on Third Street Friday at 3:03 p.m.

Officers investigated after a caller on Fifth Avenue reported Friday at 11:15 a.m. that a child had eaten four pills and was being taken to the emergency room, but the caller wanted to know if anything else should be done.
