Havre Police Department Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 68, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after an officer investigated suspicious activity Friday at 10:04 a.m. on First Street West. A caller at Lions Park on 16th Avenue reported Friday at 2:24 p.m. finding a phone. A Friday 2:40 p.m. caller on Fifth Avenue reported a garage door opener and rental keys were stolen. John Joseph Bear Jr. of Havre, 32, was arrested on two state District Court warrants, two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servants after an officer stopped to speak with a man on Third Street Friday at 3:03 p.m.

Havre Police Department Tyrel Henry Bear of Havre, 35, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver s license after a vehicle stop on 10 Street at 8:46 a.m. Friday. A caller with Montana Department of Transportation on First Street West reported Friday at 9:48 a.m. that something was put in a gas tank. Officers investigated after a caller on Fifth Avenue reported Friday at 11:15 a.m. that a child had eaten four pills and was being taken to the emergency room, but the caller wanted to know if anything else should be done.

Havre Police Department A caller from a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported at 6:32 a.m. Friday that a company vehicle may have hit a light post at Seventh Avenue and First Street. A caller on Center Street reported backing into a neighbor s truck at 9:51 a.m. Friday. Seneca Tenielle Sutherland of Box Elder, 40, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver s license and speeding 12:17 p.m. Friday during a motor vehicle stop on 16th Avenue West. .

Havre Police Department A caller on First Street reported Tuesday at 6:50 a.m. that a delivery truck hit a fire hydrant. Tuesday at 8:58 a.m., a pistol was reported found by a caller on U.S. Highway 2 East. Brandon Wayne Glover of Havre, 38, was arrested on a federal warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver s license, failing to carry proof vehicle insurance and driving under the influence but refused to test during a vehicle stop on Sixth Avenue Tuesday at noon.
