Pg e says the move just like two weeks ago will prevent downed power lines from starting fires. Impacted areas include parts of san mateo, napa, and sonoma counties but the south bay and east bay will not see shutoffs and that doesnt mean people should not stay on alert. There is one incident near the caldecott outside the tunnel, no slowing shows up for 24. The Traffic Alert is on the nimitz, just issued by chp, out of oakland through san leandro, and down toward a street where we have that truck that dropped seven carts out of the back, the report calls it mail carts. I dont know if this is related to the Postal Service at all but i know theres debris out of the lanes. Issued the sig alert in the middle lane, they may have to close a couple more.
