bring you the latest on these storms, and our chief meteorologist jeff ranieri is standing by with our next round of rain coming in. let s start with showing you one of the communities hit hardest by the latest round of rain. this is drone video of felton in the santa cruz mountains. flooded streets, evacuations, water rescues, cars submerged under water and the water rising into those homes. and this is the view from the ground. you can see parks and homes also under water. some drivers had to be rescued. as for the roadways in the santa cruz mountains, this is southbound 17 near the summit. a landslide has shut down traffic there forcing drivers to find another way to get to santa cruz. farther south this is video from sky ranger of 101 in gilroy. both north and southbound directions are shut down. cars have to take side streets to get around this watery mess. it is hard to get around the roadways. nbc bay area skyranger is live overhead. the chp reopened one lane of northb
