愛知県常滑市の伊藤辰矢市長は３０日、ツイッターで、同市「愛知県国際展示場」で開催されたヒップホップ野外フェス「ＮＡＭＩＭＯＮＯＧＡＴＡＲＩ２０２１」で、新型コロナ感染対策が不十分だったことに「今後二度と本市の施設であるりんくうビーチを使用させない」などと記した抗議文を主催者に送付するとした。 伊藤市長はツイッターに文書を添付。そこには、同イベントは１６年～１９年までりんくうビーチで開催され、「その際にもトラブルの絶えないイベント」だったことから「今回も大変危惧していた」と記されていた。
