The extreme weather in the heart of the country, central nipped seeing strong storms overnight with two possible tornadoes touching down. There was also heavy rain, strong winds and lots of hail. The good news is no major damage reported so far. Most of those who lost power should have it back by now. Five people have drowned in flash flooding along the gulf coast. A woman and her four great grand children swept away as they tried to get to safety throughout the region canceling classes for today. Some areas received as much as 10 inches rain in 24 hours
