The Freeport Concert Band will play its fifth concert at 7 p.m. July 11 in the Koenig Band shell in Krape Park, 1799 S. Park Blvd. The band will be conducted by Forreston Band director Travis Cunningham. Featured soloists will include alto sax Riley Carter and vocalist Bailee Fyock. The Early Jazz Society will perform.
