Subscriber only Sunshine Coast talents not only took home championship silverware but top season honours too as they capped the state s leading futsal competition on a high. The Wave featured in five grand finals of the SEQ Futsal Premier League over the weekend. It was a particularly special feat for the club s women, who took out their fourth premiership and championship in a row. They toppled Arana United 3-0 in the decider. The Wave s U14 boys and youth men also won their grand finals. The former beat Arana United 6-2 while the youth men defeated fellow Sunshine Coast Navy teammates 5-2.
