Seven tenants are already prepared to move into the 27-unit 1030 Lofts in the old Food Among the Flowers building on the corner of Quarrier Street and Leon Sullivan Way in Charleston, West Virginia. Jennifer Pharr, director for leasing and property management for Riggs Commercial Realty, said demand for the space is high. She anticipates tenants can move in in April 2024. The 31,827-square-foot building is owned by St. Albans-based SQP Construction and Brian Wishneff & Associates, a Roanoke, Virginia-based developer.
