Obviously flooding has already occurred. Some of these roads have been washed out a little bit near the creeks and streams. Avoid those areas if you live in a low lying spot, the water may continue to rise. A lot of the mountains are chipped away from this. Asheville north, not expecting any additional flooding. The flood watches are there until 7 oclock tomorrow morning. The i85 corridor south ward is rain resides. Still a potential for some ooding in these areas. Well watch it closely. Fbi agents returned to abduction suspect Jesse Matthews apartment complex today going doortodoor to see if any had seen suspicious activity in the days since he disappeared. They identified theirselves as fbi agents and wanted to ask questions and see if i had anything to share. Search for hannah graham. The uva missing student case just had a major shift. The man accused in her abduction is in police custody. Police say matthew managed to make it all the way from charlottesville to galveston, texas, and thats where a judge questioned him today. News 4 live desk. He appeared on closed Circuit Television over video conferencing. He was not facetoface with that judge. But the judge denied him bond. Hes facing two charges out of texas now. Being a fugitive from justice, stemming of course from the abduction charge in charlottesville. And also providing some false information to police. It was that fugitive charge which the judge denied bond for matthew. He also offered matthew a courtappointed attorney. Matthew declined that as well.
