Aaron Crook Reports COVID Cases at BMES and Branchville Written by HH
Aaron Crook, RPS COVID-19 Health and Safety Compliance Liaison reports that today a member of the Barlow Mountain Elementary School (BMES) community tested positive for COVID-19. This individual was in the BMES building while potentially infectious to others on Friday, May 7. Contact tracing for this case has been completed.
In addition, Crook said that the District learned today that a member of the Branchville Elementary School (BES) community tested positive for COVID-19. This individual was not in the BES building during a period of time when they were potentially infectious to others. No contact tracing is needed.

Today, Monday, April 26, we learned that a member of the Barlow Mountain Elementary School (BMES) community is presumed positive for COVID-19. This individual was not in the BMES building during a period of time when they were potentially infectious to others. No contact tracing is needed.
We also learned today that a member of the Ridgefield High School (RHS) community tested positive for COVID-19. This individual was not in the RHS building during a period of time when they were potentially infectious to others. No contact tracing is needed.
Member of SRMS Tests Positive for COVID, Contact Tracing Completed Written by HH
Today, Aaron Crook RPS COVID-19 Health and Safety Compliance Liaison reported that a member of the Scotts Ridge Middle School (SRMS) community tested positive for COVID-19.
This individual was in the SRMS building while potentially infectious to others on Wednesday, April 21 and Thursday, April 22. Contact tracing for this case has been completed.
Crook has conferred with Town of Ridgefield Health Director Ed Briggs and RHS Medical Advisor Dr. James Ahern about these cases.
