On Monday, June 7, at 7 PM, The Ridgefield Affordable Housing Committee, in partnership with Fairfield County’s Center for Housing Opportunity, will host “Ridgefield Talks Housing,” a public webinar about affordable housing. The guest will be Sara Bronin, founder and lead organizer of Desegregate Connecticut, a policy and advocacy group.
The June webinar follows a successful pilot Webinar in April, which featured former Commissioner of Housing Evonne Klein.
“Housing opportunity is one of our greatest challenges in Fairfield County,” said Dave Goldenberg, Chairman of the Ridgefield Affordable Housing Committee. “We need accurate information, frank discussion, innovative ideas and real leaders. That’s what we hope to bring to Ridgefield with this series.” The webinar will provide ample time for questions from the audience, he added.
