East Ridge Animal Services is gearing up for a heartwarming event in collaboration with the BISSELL Pet Foundation. From Monday, May 6th to Wednesday, May 15th, the animal shelter will host the "Empty the Shelters" adoption event, where adoption fees for dogs and cats will be entirely waived.
