Officials with the Yuba City Police Department confirmed with the Appeal that a man was killed after being hit by a vehicle Wednesday morning in the area of Stabler Lane
Police say an 81-year-old man left a library in Houston and was assaulted by a suspect who knocked him to the ground and kicked him. He died a few days later.
