Good morning. Its 9am in singapore, 1am in london, and 8pm in washington dc, where the impeachment inquiry continued to unfold on thursday and President Trump went on the attack. Hes furious about reports that he asked attorney general william barr to hold a press conference clearing him of any wrongdoing in that phone call with ukraines leader, in which mr trump asked for an investigation into his political rivaljoe biden. At the time, military aid to ukraine was on hold. Mr barr refused to hold a news conference. This, as highly anticipated public impeachment hearings are due to begin next week. Vice president mike pence accused the democrats of using the inquiry as a way of overturning the 2016 election result. What is going on in washington, dc today is a disgrace. Behind closed doors, there is a so called impeachment enquiry that i think the American People know is nothing more than a partisan impeachment, the latest effort by democrats to try and overturn the results of the 2016

When you look at the policies of the other parties right now, they are not putting forward any near the amount of investment. We know the climate emergency, if we dont tackle it, its going to cost us dont tackle it, its going to cost us trillions as well as threatening the very environment we all rely on to exist so right now, voting for the green party says we need a change of course and we can live larger, fuller, better lives. We can slash the cost of living and have that wonderful public transport infrastructure we really deserve, schools and hospitals that are fit for purpose. You want to spend 1 trillion to get the net zero emissions of Greenhouse Gases by 2030 in order to stabilise temperatures. Most of that you would borrow. Why do you potentially want to cripple the economy, aiming for 2030 when the h
