Tipp City events to feature musicians, local artists, food trucks Nancy Bowman © Provided by Dayton Daily News Dayton Daily News TIPP CITY – The Tipp City Area Arts Council is off and running for 2021 holding both its Fine Art Exhibition and An Art Affair showcasing a wide variety of work by local artists. The Art Exhibition runs through April 10 while An Art Affair will be April 10 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. All activities will be at the Tipp Center, a new venue at 855 N. Third St. in Tipp City. The Art Affair also will feature a musical lineup and two local food trucks, Mommazboys and Smokin’ Inferno.
