New Rickstones Academy in Witham welcome all students back to school last week. Headteacher Damian Lee said students have stepped up on their return. Mr Lee said: Getting back to face-to-face learning has been really positive for the students and staff. They are coming into school wearing their masks and doing absolutely everything we are asking of them. “We have missed them, there’s no two ways about it, and they have missed us. Mr Lee said the school’s immediate switch to a full timetable of online learning from the start of the pandemic means students have kept in the flow of learning.
