It is time to sell your current home. Now what? Getting ready to sell requires two plans of action. The first is the pricing and marketing plan for the property. “I need to get this much for my house.” The problem with that statement is the marketplace does not care what you want. The marketplace sets the price range of what you can get for your home. The second is what do you have to do to present the property in a way that gives you the chance to sell for the best price. Doing nothing to help yourself sell will not save you money because it will get you a lower sales price.
